Shipping and delivery
How Fiusem orders ship, what the packaging looks like and why the delivery date on the store page is the one that counts.
Where the order actually happens
This site is a catalogue. Every buy button hands you over to the store listing, and from that point the seller handles payment, packing and delivery. We do not see your address, and we cannot change an order after you place it.
Typical timing
Small jewelry travels in a padded envelope or a small box, so it moves faster than most parcels. Beyond that we do not put a number on it: the speed options, the handling time and the cutoff are the seller's, and they change with your address and the day of the week. The store page shows a real date for your own address before you pay, and that date is the only one worth reading.
Packaging
Chains arrive coiled in a small pouch or a flat gift box, depending on the listing. Two-piece sets come with each chain bagged separately so they do not tangle on the way. If a piece shows up knotted, work it loose on a flat surface with two pins rather than pulling on both ends.
International
Delivery outside the United States depends on the seller and on the customs rules where you live. Import duty, when there is any, is collected by the carrier at the door and is not part of the price you see on the listing.
